- The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only, for the period stated on the receipt
- The premises are to be locked and vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please return your keys to Island Coast Real Estate, 31 Porter Promenade, Mission Beach.
- All bed and bathroom linen is provided but guests should bring their beach towels. If guests require additional change of sheets and towels during the week, an extra charge will be apply.
- No responsibility is taken for occupants’ personal property left on the premises.
- Pets are not permitted on or about the premises, unless arrangements prior to your arrival have been made.
- Breakages and losses to the property are to be reported immediately. We reserve the right to charge for damaged or missing items.
- Please ensure doors and windows are closed when operating the air conditioning.
- Please ensure no glass of any kind is used in the vicinity of the swimming pool.
- Please avoid sitting on furniture in wet bathers or sandy clothing.
- No person on the property shall be guilty of conduct that is a nuisance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers.
- With internet, telephone or postal bookings, the description of the premises is made in good faith, but no responsibility for mis-description can be accepted.
- PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
